Instead of focusing mostly on the physical as in Hatha Yoga, or mostly on the energetic as in Kundalini and Chakra Yoga,
Nisarga Yoga focuses on the Relationship Space where the Physical and Energic are in Dynamic Balance as in Nature.

A Day of Nisarga Yoga: the synthesis of Raja/Mind and Hatha/Body via the Ultimate Force of Nature.

Information - Raja Yoga, the Yoga of the Mind - Science (Patanjali)

9 to 10:15 AM: Right Understanding; (the nature of nature, your nature, the Mother of All Forces, yoga/coupling)

Here's some of what you will learn in the Information Session:

  • how Nature's Way is the MIDDLE WAY of ENERGY whether you are speaking about lightening, the heat from our sun, tides, etc, or the energy that sustain's your life and health...
  • how this understanding of MIDDLE WAY of ENERGY Flow and Form applies to your yoga practice;
  • what the most famous and most powerful, yet least understood equation of all math and physics (Einstein's E = mc2) actually means - I'll make this very simple and clear - you will understand it with just 4 words - yet this will forever alter the way you view things like your yoga practice and your life;
  • how to work with the energy level of your bodymind in a way that honours all aspects of being (from energy medicine to being in the zone);
  • a simple way to access the Power of Now - this is more than the fact that 'Breathing anchors you in the Now';
  • understand what the Feeling Space of Yoga and being means and why the MIDDLE WAY is so powerful.
